The properties were collectively 97% occupied at the time of sale and included over 600,000 SF of GLA leased to several national, regional and local tenants including Dollar Tree, AutoZone, Salvation Army, Jimmy Johns and Ace Hardware. All of the properties were anchored by a Family Fare Supermarket, which was formerly known as No Frills in the Omaha market before being acquired by SpartanNash (NASDAQ:SPTN).
