The 30,250 SF building is located at 111 Seminole Dr. and was recently renovated by Food Lion. The property has been a staple of the community for many years and was sold to a new owner on March 17th, 2023.
The transaction was complex and involved negotiations between the seller, the buyer, and various other parties involved in the sale.
